why would the govt spend forty billion (40)naira on a useless project like nigcomsat  when they know it would fail.if that money is shared among 40 million jobless nigerians alone,i believe they  would have put smile on their faces for life.nigerians are hardworking and enterprising this is yet another story of billions unaccounted for.somebody needs to sue the govt for money abuse.
