Task Force rescues kidnap victim, arrests 2 suspects

WARRI-THE Anti-Kidnapping Task Force of the Delta Waterways Security Committee, DWSC, in Warri, Delta State, has rescued one Mr. Adoghe, who was kidnapped from his Effurun residence by gunmen. The committee also arrested two of the suspected kidnappers.
The DWSC task force, comprising men of the Anti-Terrorism Squad, ATS, Delta State, conventional policemen and members of the Committee, reportedly got wind of the kidnap of Adoghe and with the aid  of the tracking device in his  Honda Accord car, with plate number, EK 112 EKY,  were able to trace the movement.
Three of the kidnappers, who whisked away  Adoghe in  his car were located along the East-West Road  and traced to a checkpoint, but one of the three kidnappers, escaped, while the victim was found tied in the booth of his car.
Adoghe was kidnapped from his residence at Bakpa Street, behind Visaphone Office, Water Resoruces.
