Why do boys always run after ladies that does not have any feelings for them

I have come to see that boys/guys always run after ladies that does not have any feeling whatsoever for them.

Lets assume that they want to try their luck in the first instance but after several attempt that leads to failure, some of them will still be believing in the impossible and still be runing after the girl. I do not know the reason for this. Can one man just be bold to tell me why this is so.

those that kept on running after the lady have their believe that may be she go change her mind one day or for the fun
