Cause i've been living here since i was a kid and thats the only life i know really and i've already got my retirement intact through savings and employment, as well as other things too...I don't have anything in Naija except for some fams, so i wouldn't have anything to live on if i were to retire there..unless they're providing social securities, which i don't think i'll qualify for anyways....

WELL,I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN NAIJA,A PART OF ME WILL ALWAYS LONG FOR NAIJA,BUT I ALSO THINK ABOUT THE INSTABILITIES IN NAIJA,IT DISCOURAGES YOU FROM WANTING TO GO BACK HOME,I ALSO THINK OF MY KIDS TOO, AMERICA IS THEIR HOME AND COUNTRY, THOUGH I INSTIL IN THEM NAIJA CULTURE.....................BUT I DO SEE MYSELF RETIRING TO NAIJA

Thats good if you can do it, but i just can't see myself being able to do so, i won't adapt easily, I love naija and all and would love to retire there if I can, but it wouldn't do me any good to retire there and not have anything to live by...or unless i'm gonna be able to transfer all my retirement savings from here to over there, then i will do it...but i don't think I'll be able to do that with the social security though..lol

hhhhmmmmm...tough question.....retirement in Naija is good only if u have more than enough money co everything there goes by money.....unlike in America, where we have solutions for almost everything like medical, retirement schemes,insurances,blah,blah......and also security...and most of it are free too....

in naija, its relaxing and stuffs...but there won't be much activities for a retiree....and the security is not good either....they know u have money,ur house will be a target for arm robbers....banks don't have retirement investment programmes....not much retirement activities to do......
