IS TOO MUCH I SAID, HOW CAN SOME BODY SAID THAT IS GOOD ? DOSE THAT MEAN HE DID NOT KNOW THE PROBLEM OF THE PEOPLE OF IMO STATE BEFORE COMING AS A GOVERNOR ?
