Yes, there is no surprise in that. Racism is everywhere in the world. It's not just against the blacks but against anyone a country deems "foreign." In America, racism is not just on Blacks, but on Middle Easterns, Latinos, and other "foreign" citizens. And it's seen heavily in the south than in any other region. I guess some white people believe that they are not foreign just cause they're white, forgetting that they too came from over seas for the same reasons others did. That's the way of the world. Pitiful.

In Sydney, Anglo girls were singled out for rape by Lebanese youths because they (the girls) were Anglo. Anyone of any ethnic type (I hate that whole "colour" thing") can be racist.
