they are not serious, he should sue them to court they are mad and they don't know what they are saying.

Come ON!!! What basis does the court have for detainin him? If they dont have enough evidence to detain him then he should be free. We have a constitution which states exactly that in bold text. If not then I fink the NDLEA is making him pay for something else. He probably  pissed off the wrong people.
