WHY IS HIV /AIDS MORE COMMON IN TOURISTIC AFRICAN COUNTRIES ?

My people of Naija I salute una, One question has been disturbing me for a very long time since this HIV/AIDS saga, and that is why is these disease more common in areas where we have more white in African or touristic countries. Check for instance kenya, Uganda,Southafrican and others, so I begin to wonder if na true sey na African the disease come from abi na them dey carry am come wen dem dey come for Holidays come mix wit our girls what do u people think?
