   Luis Suarez is a disgrace to Liverpool and should never be allowed to play for them again, Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson said after the Uruguayan refused to shake Patrice Evra's hand on Saturday.

The Premier League game at Old Trafford, which the hosts won 2-1 to go top of the table, was the first time the two players had met since Suarez was banned for eight matches for racially abusing the United defender in October's reverse fixture at Anfield.

Suarez kept his eyes down when Evra offered his hand during the traditional pre-match handshakes and carried on walking when the Frenchman grabbed his arm to try again.

"He's a disgrace to Liverpool Football Club and certain players should not be allowed to play for Liverpool again," Ferguson told Sky Sports.

"The history that club's got and he does that - a situation like today could have caused a riot. It was terrible what he did."

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish, who earlier this week said he was sure Suarez would shake Evra's hand as both clubs sought to draw a line under the matter, said he had not seen the snub.

"Ask him and we'll take it from there," he told Sky.

"I think you are very severe, you are bang out of order to blame Luis Suarez for anything that happened here today," added Dalglish when asked if he would have to look at the issue as it had led to confrontations between players at halftime and fulltime on Saturday.

Ferguson, however, said the Uruguayan's behaviour had created tension.

"It was a terrible start to the game, a terrible atmosphere it created," he said.

"I just could not believe it because Patrice and I had a chat this morning and he said, 'I'm going to shake his hand, I've got nothing to be ashamed of. I want to keep my dignity,'."

Hi, Pals the video got nothing to do with racism, is all about hatred, watch the video very well, he shaked the last black man, is a free world, you have the right to choose whom you want to flow with.

i like what he did,is not by forc to give a handshake,4uck evra,after 8match ban,do you know what 8 match ban is,
only a word,not red card,because evra plays for man u,and he have power in man u,thats why he do that,if i m Luis Suarez
i will never give him a handshake,if they like let there fa ban him in england,who cares,
for him to get another club will not even take morethan a day,real madrid,bayan,barca,inter,ac milian ,juventus,as roma,etc
thats where you will see him,cos he plays a nice game,4uck evra,i even want Suarez in barca the champions

hey guys let us be realistic 4 once, if u were Surez will u shake Evra after serving 8mtch ban, no be the same naija guys wey  we be? abi naija don change from '' fire me i fire u''  we all re being recist here , Evra was not the only black guy ther why he shake other black guys and snub EVRA , so dont call it recism the 2 guys get wahala like any other person , come to think of it, is it the first time  players refuse to shake hands in EPL? of cos NO, why is this one so different,

Luis Suarez Snubs Patrice Evra. na Evra go phyuk up. if na me i do have any thing to do with that stupid racism, if na money he no see Evra, if na name in football is never and will never play like Evra Na jealous be that he is very Envy for Evra Black guys, i am here to give this advice be proud of your self here ever you are and when you notice that a person is a racism avoid him and never have any thing to do with him because that person can kill because Evny. Evra get name pass him forever and ever.
