A 22 year old man (names withheld) has been arrested by the police in Nasarawa State for alleged murder of a girl, Ador Terngwu, at the State House Hotel, situtated along Alamikwandere Road area of the state.
Confirming the arrest, the Police Public Relation Officer (PPRO), ASP Cornelius Ocholi, told Gamji in Lafia that the suspect alledgely stabbed the girl on Sunday following her refusal to allow the man to go for another round of sex with her, having failed to pay the deceased for the first round he had with her.
The PPRO also confirmed that teh suspect and the deceased had gone to the hotel at about 9.00pm and in teh wake of a verbal disagreement on matters relating to sex, the man allegedly desceded on the deceased, killing her with a knife.
Accrding to the PPRO, investigations revealed that the two have been dating each other and they have been quarelling persistently for about three weeks when the deceased resolved to put a stop to the relationship.
