Vanguard gathered that the fire, which cause was yet unknown, started around, 2 a.m., on Sunday, when the complex was still under lock and lasted for hours.
Eyewitness told Vanguard that, officials of Lagos State Fire Service, were at the scene to put out the fire which emanated from an office in the complex and later spread to other parts of the complex.
An Assistant Director, Lagos State Fire Service, Mr. Fadipe Razaaq, who spoke to Vanguard said he got a report on the incident at abour 3 a.m., and contacted the fire station at Sari-Igamu to respond to the situation.
When Vanguard visited the scene, smoke was seen billowing from several windows of the complex while security men prevented people from entering the plaza.
