Some say Age Is Just A Number & Maturity Is A State Of Mind. But others argued that We do Get Smarter In Love As We Age?

Yeah... cos Age is the acceptance of a term of years. But maturity is the glory of years. Inother words... I would say that the surest measure of a man's or a woman's maturity is the harmony, style, joy, and dignity he creates in his marriage, and the pleasure and inspiration he provides for his spouse.
