Having a baby can do wonders for a couples emotional connection, but not so much for your s*xual connection. a lot of couples with kids complain of lack of s*xual intimacy. So the question is, where does one find time between burping, changing diapers, feeding and not sleeping? below are a few tips on how you and your man can keep the fire alive in your s*x life after babies.

Put weight aside

We all know that when you have a baby you gain a little bit of weight, and that can affect someone’s self esteem and yea s*x life, many women have difficulties being s*xual and s*xy due to weight gain, tiredness and meeting all the babies needs. Don’t let this affect your love and s*xual expression to your husband, the weight will come off.

Don’t forget to rest

Do not forget to take naps while the baby is napping, most importantly be exited when your husband walks through the door, if your visibly stressed, if your physically stressed there’s nothing s*x about that.

Foreplay before foreplay

foreplay is sometimes more fun than all the action? Imagine how foreplay before foreplay is. Before you go home to engage in some fun time with your honey, entice him while he’s in the office or running errands with a seductive e-mail.

Make a schedule

couples can’t help but be busy. Not only do you have careers to worry about you now have a baby, if you must schedule time for your spouse go out for dinner once a week and leave the baby with a relative.

Stay connected

D0n’t loose your s*xual connection because its hard to get it back, so don’t let it fizzle out. One way to stay connected to your spouse is to communicate your feelings, your worries and your success, talk to each other before you fall asleep, to start with. E-mail, Blackberry messenger and text each other during the day, don’t forget to keep it positive.

Know your patterns

Its your baby’s sleep patterns we are talking about, most babies sleep for at least a few hours, which should give you sometime to brush your teeth, your hair, turn down the light and light a few candles. After all women want to look good for their men and candle light can be
very flattering.

Making time to warm up

This is for the men, make time for some serious foreplay as fatigue can definitely lower ones desire, women need to get warmed up, in a matter of speaking. Women don’t forget to give this special hint to your man or you can also drive the truck when your in bed together. Don’t be afraid to ask for things.

Sneak around

You says can’t have a little fun, sneaking off to another room that isn’t the bedroom can be refreshing.

Just do o*al

The hormonal change might lower your s*x drive, but it’s fine. That is when giving pleasure to your husband as in oral s*x can keep you both connected and keep him happy. S*x does not have to be intercourse, or*l s*x performed by you is sometimes easier than penetration.

Remember “us”

Yea, we all know the baby is a gift. But don’t loose sight of why you and your spouse got together in the first place, make time to keep the spark alive. They say good s*x begins for a woman when she wakes up, so keep intimacy and love alive. Plan and commit to date nights, don’t forget that your baby will grow up and leave, you want your spouse to be there forever. All relationships should take work so create time for all your family members.
