I prefer more delicate and miniature desserts as https://www.queensdelight.dk. Such large pompous designs are more for pastry chef contests or weddings per million people. From my own experience, I have never eaten a big and tasty cake, to tell the truth. It is or big or delicious. LOL. Usually, the best sweets are tiny and decorated more modest and minimalistic.
