it is true that we should be helpers to ourselves,like when your spouse is financially down and you as the wife do have sum penny on you,u could help as a darling wife,but the situation where by you work without ceasing and ur husband has turned you to an atm  machine is quite annoying,it makes me feel the man i s a lazy lad,now the situation here is something that could break your home if you are not careful,it is clear here that you husband his a thief cos he should have ask you and you should kindly give,even if he asked a million times and that is if you can cope wif that'' cos it is the believe that the man should provide for the family as he his the head" i use to have a boy friend that would demand from me and i would give cos i believe am in love wif him and i should be able to help as he his not buoyant as at that time,but hell nooooooooooooo,he saw dat as my responsibility,i found out that i pay for almost everything,our bills at the restaurant,our tfare,you just name it,i became fed up,i had to quit,in other words,i find out that i was the one whom has made the mistake at first,i started giving him,so am sure you started it all and it is hard to start what you cant finish.
       now you are married,it either you carry your cross and find the way you can keep extra money in your purse by working hard,so that when he takes your money you wont notice or feel it( keep excess money in your purse) or you call him to other by telling him gently that you dont like what he has been doing,tell him when you guys have just finish making love,tell him you wnt him to stop it, i bet it he would stop doing that,though it might make him feel uncomfortable or angry,depending on his temperament. i think this is what you should do.
