To be candid there is no way it will work out, when we talk about an organization, for it to move very well without an itch there must be alot of respect and humility. for men who we are is gonna be difficult at a point for the man to b submisive to the wife @ that level and also the wife is gonna find it difficult to pass some kind of instruction to the husband.
