HI, iam quite sure that Northern NIgeria will contivive without Niger delta oil becausse of so many reasons:
 1 Before the discovery of oil Nigerians are surviving using farming activities
 2 As we know so many developed countries donot depend on crude oil there Northern Nigeria will survive without Niger delta oil
