When it happens; definitely the new Countries or Nations formed  will Reside in persistent conflicts ( Which can result to war) for years ( 10 YRS OR ABOVE) before they can realize themselves ( a particular ethnic group will immediately want to assume supremacy over others) MEANWHILE The U.S will take advantage of the situation to loot and steal, maim and kill.
