Dadiyata, please be logical with this. Fraud in Nigeria is not perculiar to any geographical location. That fraud is perculiar to southerners is because fraud occurs and are recorded where so much money is involved. There is soooooo much money down south than there is up north, that is why fraud seems to be less up north because there is no money there. But, that does not mean that northerners are not fraudulent, they are as fraudulent as their southern brothers and they connive to rip the national tresury.

who tell u so? maybe hustling mean selling sugar cane and sewing shoes . Sorry, i never intending insulting Notherners' sensibilities. The fact still remains that because there's oil money now, notherners are behaving as if they are lazy people whereas they are not. If oil were to be a resource from the north, by now there could have been nothing like Nigeria. Take away oil money from northerners and the groundnut pyramids would return back. They know it, its just that we are allowing our greed to direct our thoughts. The best thing that will ever happen to Nigeria is to practise true federalism. Let every state control their resources and lets see if we would not do better than we are presently.

Moreover, why has any southerner not thought of citing another military university down south? Because one is in the north already. Inshort, no need to wake up sleeping dogs.
