The answer is simple. We have a greater percentage of Nigerians working against the system and a very small percentage trying to make things work.
So, often nobody sees the effort of the few. And too often, the bad eggs manage to get rid of those attempting to savage the system.
I cannot blame anyone for leaving. Not with the present state of things. However, we have this issue that was raised earlier to consider, if everyone is struggling to leave, then who will repair the system. And come to think of it, we cannot import all of our kinsmen to a foreign country.
So whether you are in Nigeria or outside, do whatever you can, no matter how little you consider it to be, to help repair the system.
