I am not judging here, but my point of view on this issue is this, the said pastor shld nt have remarried. the only condition for remarrying is the DEATH OF A SPOUSE OR  ADULTERY OF A PARTNER. since there was none of these, then, he shld nt have remarried. Periodd!!
