it all depends on what he belief.if he is someone that believes in sex b4 marriage and his not asking for it from you the there must be something wrong but if he believes in abstinence and all then it shouldn't come as a surprise if he doesn't ask cos he doesn't want it anyway,and if you aint sure of what he wants you should ask him what he feels so you can know were you stand after all his your partner,communication is important.

office romances dont always end well,i will advice that you respectably decline that offer if you care about your job cos if something goes wrong,you are going to pay dearly.so just try not to mix you personal life with your work life especially when  it has to do with your boss!!
