Without a dought the formation a manager decides to use couple with the crop of players at his disposal to implement such tactic work together to determine the results achieved or achievable by a team...it is infact quite fair to say a manager is labelled by his chioce and method of implementation of his formation and tactic.

Looking in-depthly into the world of football both in times pasts and at present,two formation will quikly emerge as the most sucessfully...from the world cup winning side of 1986 in Saudi Arabia to the more elegant champions league winning team from the Catalan in 2008/2009(ROME,Italy).

These formatons Are the more balanced 4-4-2 formation and the more complicated 4-3-3!,haven shared most of the major trophies within.Infact,the only major trophy dat i can think of that did not share any of these two philosophies was the Brazilian team that won the world cup under the guidience of ''Ferrirra''!
