I bet u they are all Indian-Nigerians .And u should know they are paying some politiciians good money to stay and operate their business in Abuja. You are also lucky that u have some money to pay compared to a poor patient seeking health care in Nigeria. Did anything happen despite the write-ups by the newspapers? I bet the answer is  NO.  What is the Federal Minister of Health doing in his office?
