I will suggest you see a doctor. I think what you are experiencing is phycological maybe due to past ugly encounter or prolong peroid of loneliness.Lack of seual appetite is not sufficient enough to make such a conclusion.So try and see a doctor or on the contrary,use "la créme".It helps alot.
