JWs are well known for undergoing surgery without blood transfusion. In recent times, a lot of doctors have braced up to these medical challenges. In contrast, i am of the opinion that doctors at the national hospital must work hard to respect their patients wishes. I have seen many hospitals in lagos, portharcour, which arent up to the standards of the said national hospitals, succeessfully performed surgeries on their JWs patients. Its a big challenge to the national hospital.
