this is the only 'closest-to-reasonable' post on this thread' other posters. What do you mean when u say pastors dont ve 2be poor? Do they have 2be 'embarassingly rich?' u are quoting the bible? What was God's general attitude to wealth? . . .PLAIN IRRELEVANCE! Ure proud ur pastor is rich. WHAT ABOUT U? Gullible believers spend dir money enriching pastors n they themselves are no where. . .. How many average nigerianns can afford a university like COVENANT owned by a man of God? Bet mee in years to come ur 'rich' pastors will start running for public office. . .aall in God's name. Traditional churches like the catholic church are no where as flambouyant as most of these churches yet they still afford to . .touch soohelp soo much ppl. Did MOTHER THERESA have 100 private jets n banks n enterprises? Yet she remains a world figure of care n charity . .that is what we need in this world people . .not flashy rich pastors!!!!
