In as much as I don't like the idea of indecent dressing I agree with what Peter James said above. Indecent dressing is not an excuse for rape, I think those who rape because of indecent dressing needs to get their head examine.

   Only   God   can save   men   in   this   evil   world. Who   do   we   blame   for   the   actions   of   these   women?   Remember,   Adam  blamed   God   in   the   beginning.
