Does it mean that through out that 7yrs she have not met anyone eles she loves? Or is she having a spiritual problem? why is there so much gap in her life? is she so young that she is taking this much time to make up her mind? i think she has a problem she is not telling, if she is scared of getting married the she should go to a convent school.
