If I am right, you have not even contacted the girl's parent in question, all you do is listen to side talk and stupid rumor. Time and civilization is fading away many traditions, therefore, if you truely love your girl you will take the bold step and to every length with her. 

This country harbor 2 distinct people with  complete opposite life stile of civility and barbarism, humane and inhumane, humans and animals, etc. While should people of such complete difference co-exist in the same environment without any trouble? It is impossible. I think since those animals do not respect the sanctity of life, they should be rootlessly dealt with. If this is not done, the instinct manifestation of their nature (brute) will not be cotailed.
