Personally I dont see anything wrong in doing so provided the two of you are sincere enough to let your new partners know about it. Another thing is that you should keep it on platonic level and never allow yourselves to be carried away especially if you were segxwally involved with one another before.

It depends on the circumstances surrounding how you met the person. As for me, I dont think it will be wise to just give my number to anybody especially if the the person failed to make a good first impression.

It depends on what you mean by decency cos as a matter of fact, i think whether you're a virgin or not, everyone needs to be decent in the way we live our lives. Decency involves being disciplined and to a large extent, chosing to be a virgin in this present world requires a lot of that. You could be a virgin and yet be indecent in the way you talk,comport yourself and even relate to people etc.
