I would like to answer all the questions and points people ave written on this board accusing the female of lying.

I live in the state where the alleged rape happened. And he is our family physician.

It has been well documented that when she was given a rape exam that his senmen and DNA was found inside her and on her clothes. He used to work for the state prison system. Female Inmates reported him to his superiors. Instead of arresting him. He was just disciplined and fired. It was revealed in documents  that the prison warden released last month.

And people asked why didn't anyone hear her. Well he operates a private office in a renovated house. He doesn't work in a hospital. Im not sure how it is in nigeria but in america it common that doctors dont work in hospitals and have their own business. He lives upstares. During the rape his secretary had the day off. He and the patient were the only people there.

So how would his DNA get on her if he didn't have sex with her. And even if it were consensual. American law states that doctors cannot have sex with patients under any circumstances. It is an ethical violation of trust.
