no one is to blam ,nigeria is  too large to be control,such a thing can not happend in senegal,cotonu benin,togo,mali,all we have to do nw is to make sure tht this country is devide into three,so that each country will be looking into they ent,communities ,,and also we can not only be blaming the killers when u blame the killers you blame also the four guys,we all knw the right things nigeria have turn into a country of fraternity and sororities,most of  our  studients ar no longer going to scl,about 50 studient died every day in nigeria as a result of fraternities,so my advice to you is to say no to fraternity,my guys RIP
