i think wat u need to do is just try to be neutral in that case if she really loves you then she is going to stay but if she still has a strong feelings of luv for the guy then u av no option than to let her gooooooo.
cause u trying to interfare might make u an obstacle or make u a jealous man and at long run u might still loose the battle
