Since Nigeria government has given license to the killer , which court was  sentenced to death before and later release him out , meaning that the killer has Gain a grand of killing now , it shows that nigeria government in generally has given him go ahead to kill again, It is too bad nigeria , curruption eveywhere in nigeria , God Why?
