Buhari, increase the salary of soldiers and better their other welfare. You were once a soldier can't you do something for your colleagues. In what other way can you boost the morale of soldiers if not welfare. You increase the salary and benefits of the police why can't you extend the same for these guys who have been battling the well equipped Boko Haram. Is it not shameful that insurgents are better armed than the army, and when soldiers complain it becomes mutiny and insubordination rather than addressing the fact. Where are we heading to?
