Long time - nice contribution

In your opinion Muslim Yoruba should move to the North while
Christian Hausa should come down to the South or vice versa?

Who should occupy the East? Native religion?

To ALL who still believe Nigeria's name should be on the list. Please read the attached article by the UK govt.
on the listing of 7 of their citizen on the watch list.
Why didn't US list Mutab as an individual as was in the case of UK terrorist, rather than the whole Nigerian nation?
Also, why is Britain struggling to have names of convicted terrorist removed from the list

Listing us is the first step taking to hatch an ill conceilled plan against Nigeria as a nation.
6  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / New Rules of Air Travel for People of Nigerian Origin Travelling Abroad on: 14-01-2010 08:41 PM
New Rules of Air travel for People of Nigerian Origin Travelling Abroad

1.       Do not go to the toilet for the whole duration of your flight.
2.       Do not carry any kind of container into the airport, or onto the plane.
3.       Do not request for a window seat. Do not ask to sit in the aisle. Any request for specific seating may be indications of a
          premeditated plot.
4.       If you are given food during the flight, ask the flight attendant not to give you cutlery.  A Nigerian with a sharp implements
on  a plane is asking to be arrested.
5.       Do keep your hands in plain sight during the flight. Do not look too happy or too sad.
6.       Do not be too polite to flight attendants.
7.       Do not be aggressive or have aggressive thoughts toward flight attendants
8.       Try not to have any form of carry on luggage. If you do, make sure it contains nothing suspicious or dangerous like pens,
pencils, paper, or a calculator, as these are common bomb making materials.
9.       Do not carry any electronic items that may be used to communicate with the Taliban ,or used for surveillance, like cell
phones, iPods, walkmans, electric toothbrushes or cameras..
10.     NEVER travel with your laptop computer.
11.     Never travel if you have any kind of tribal marks. That includes the small marks you have managed to cover with facial hair.
12.     Do not travel to the U.S if you are an engineer, if you have ever lived in London, or if your father is a banker.
13.     Do not talk to other Nigerian on the same flight as you. It makes other people nervous.
14.     Do not ask to be upgraded to first class or business class. Sitting too close to the front of the plane makes the pilot nervous.
15.     Never admit to your fellow passengers that you are Nigerian. If asked, say you are from the Republic of Zamunda in East
16.    When you are getting onto the plane, do not even glance at the cockpit.
17.    Women, do not wear wigs, weaves or hair pieces. Any form of disguise is suspicious.
18.    Take a cold shower before coming to the airport. Sweating and scratching yourself is a sign of nervousness. Why are you
19.    Do not fart on the plane. Noxious smells might indicate you have bomb making chemicals hidden in your underpants.
20.    Do not go home with the free magazines in the plane. Yes, it says “free”, but that is just a test. Leave the plane with those
        magazines and you’ll be arrested.
21.   Wear clean underwear and be ready for a full body/cavity search.

       Guantanamo Bay.
24.   Do not travel by air into, out of, or across the U.S if you are Muslim.
        Muslim is defined as :
a.      Any person with a suspicious name like Mohammed, Fatal, Fatima, Barrack or Ibrahim, or if your last name starts with El-, Al-,
or Abdul-. All Nigerian Alhajis, Alhajas, Alfas and Imams are forbidden from entering U.S airspace
a.      Anyone that has ever entered a mosque.
b.      Anyone that knows what a mosque is.
c.      Anyone that dresses in long flowing garments.
d.      Anyone that has a beard.
NOTE: If you converted from Islam to Christianity, you are still classified as Muslim.
25.      Always travel with some kind of proof that you are a Christian. Preferably always travel with your pastor.
26.      Do not attract attention to yourself. Do not drive to the airport in your Mercedes or Honda like a typical Nigerian. Instead,
drive an American car like Pontiac or Chevy. You may be mistaken for an American. Or Haitian.
27.       Do not ask to drink soda, tea or coffee in the airport or on the plane. Always ask for alcohol to prove you are not a Muslim.
28.       Do not travel by air in the U.S if you have ever had a parking ticket, extra-marital affairs, stolen stationary from your office,
or if you have ever exceeded the speed limit. This is a sign of severe subversive terrorist behavior.

Independence day or New year’s Day. Avoid traveling on Muslim holidays. Avoid air travel in the summer or winter.
(NOTE: no specific reason, its just to piss you off)
28.       YORUBA people please!!! Do not prostrate to greet your elders at the airport. People may  thing you are dodging bullets or
protecting yourself from a bomb blast.
29.       NEVER, EVER carry any kind of Nigerian food onto a US aircraft.
30.       Wearing agbadas, head ties, wrappers, danshikis, etc to the airport is not recommended. They make you look very
            un-American, and therefore potentially dangerous.
31.       Do not act like a typical Nigerian for the duration of the flight. This includes speaking any language other than “American
English”.  Speaking any “funny” language is to be avoided. If you have elderly parents that do not speak  “American”,
they should NOT speak for the duration of the flight. If spoken to, their response to anything should be “Yeah man”.
32.       DO not talk to your fellow passengers. Statements like “hello” might be misconstrued to be   “Hello, you are my next victim”.
Statements like “Hello, my name is Mohammed”, may be interpreted as “my name is Mohammed and I’m gonna blow up this
            goddam  plane”.
33.       Do not wear large afros that may conceal weapons or bombs.
34.       Do not carry any kind of document , newspaper or book that contains any form of Arabic inscription or writing.
You will be detained until a translator can be found.
35.       Do not argue when you are told your luggage is over weight. Apologise profusely and pay double what they ask you for
            excess luggage.

Yea, lets just wait and see what happens, meanwhile Nigerians needs to recondition their ways of thinking because that is what's keeping them in the situation they are now. We are not really smart or else Nigeria wouldn't be how it is today.

Our people are considered as the top 419 in the world...being placed on a terror list doesn't change  the poverty and kidnapping that happens in Nigeria and a lot of things that we need to be taking care of.

Omatu stop being ignorant and start making attempt to go through those in charge of Nigeria situation and talk all these crap you're saying here because you are the only one reading and swallowing it and no one else is hearing it, beside you are telling it to the wrong people. We Nigerians love to complain but does nothing about it, what are you going to accomplish sitting on your ass doing nothing?

My initial reaction was that you are not Nigerian, later you identified with Nigeria as citizen.
My dear, protest comes from petty little disapprovals just like many had shown solidarity
for Nigeria in this forum.

If electricity should placed us on the list, then 75% of countries in Africa should be there.
If it is poverty, then every countries of the world should be listed. Why? there is poverty every where.
If it is kidnapping, then am lost for word, cause, it happen every where, America, Britain, Spain, Italy
Australia, South Africa, China, Kenya, Tunisia, even recently in Ghana. Do you want me to go on.

Madam Omatu has a definite identity. People with misconsented identity find it difficult to defend
who they are.

Do you even know what you're talking about? It's true they both need each other, but Nigeria needs the US more than US needs them.
How many times have you heard Obama mention the effects Nigeria is going to have on them and do you know why?

Haya - Americans dont need Nigeria, thats baby's talk.

Let me tell you American need Nigeria must than the CIA and Obama's administration care to let out.

American's collapsed economy is been savaged through diplomatic cheating, creation of terrorist
panic awareness, dividing nations, lootery, terrorism etc. need me say more. It is not in their best
interest that we do not have corrupt leaders, divisions, crisis etc. Nigerians increased trading with
China is a treat to American economy.

If they want to flex their muscle and claim "ruler of the world" let them try China or North Korean.

Shocked I know it would be suicidal but thank God, it has been denied. But come to think of it. Why should Nigeria not be BACKLISTED?

I can see you are not ignorant of Nigerian's CRISIS.
That is all they were.

To be listed in watch list, there must had been intelligence information to
support claim of nation's support for act of terrorism that will cause risk
and loss of life to another nation, NOT crisis.

IRA had been terrorising Britain for over 40years with many lives lost and other
nationalities drawn in cross line. If that not does upgrade their name on the list
then, why Nigeria?. Nigerian are giant at peacemaking. Our records speaks, in
SouthAfrica, Namibia, Liberia, SierraLeone etc. American and others only claim
glory when peace had been achieved by many Nigerian dead tolls.

You can bless america all you like, you're only by passport, nothing more.

catch my drift?

The United States is correct in the Action taken to distance and to protect its people from those who may be trying to do them harm. Any negative move from Nigeria would only confirm and support US legitimate action in its efforts to protect its people . Do you expect for US to do nothing when a Nigerian traveled to seek assistance and collaborative efforts to attack and bomb another country’s airline?.

If the names of every country's citizen that had been involved in terrorist acts are justifiably listed,
then American Terrorist watchlist will look like this

US citizen  90%
UK citizen 08%
Rest of the world 1.999999%
Nigerian   0.000001%

Terrorism is defined by Cambridge Dictionary as "(threats of) violent action for political purposes".

If borrowed from school of taught, you will confirm that American left infrastructural distruction,
lootery, damaged economy and chaos in countries they set agenda. Putting Nigeria's name
in terrorist watch list is the beginning of already construed evil intention against Nigeria.

As there been any disclosure of a terrorist ring in Nigeria? None documented.
As there been disclosure of terrorist network ring in US and UK? Yes, many.

If US intend to retrainned their military personnel they should flex their muscle in China or North Korean.

But that is another story.

13  Forum / Politics / Re: Nigeria threatens to sever ties with America on: 8-01-2010 07:36 AM
Why is United State & United Kingdom not on the list of terrrorists?
Afterall they have their citizen currently serving terms on
terrorist charges.

Having read many posts in these forum, those who believe Nigerians
should fold their arms just because US barks do not know the
power in numbers ie population. If true Nigerians decides not to
travel for a month the story will change from every part of the world.

This is purely a propaganda by US & UK to draw Nigeria into an Iraq
situation because of our oil. We should be very careful!!!
14  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Witchhaunt? Another Nigerian Passenger arrested on American flight on: 28-12-2009 09:14 AM
The action of an individual should not condemn a nation. There are scammers, fraudsters and terrorist everywhere even of UK & US citizen. It is Nigerians like we that LABELLED us in the face of incidents. Using the word "sneaked out of Nigeria" by Dora Akunyili's calibre did our image no good. The crinical probation of the second Nigerian may be his reason for hiding in the toilet.  Can't blame the poor guy for being abusive, when he had already been found guilty b4 prosecution.

@ pettynsexy "God has a principle for prosperity.check the life of Jesus, the man was not poor.he was so wealthy that his roof had to broken for people to lay down a man that needs a miracle from Him."

Bet Christ wasnt wearing Gucci, Amani and a Pathfinder outside the house. Expecially He certainly doesnt have overpaid security men.
16  Forum / Religion / Re: our pastors dont preach salvation again rather it prosperity.why. on: 2-09-2009 08:21 AM
@ Eagleminded "Many people believe that christians aren't supposed to be wealthy and perhaps the Lord wants His people to know that He is the one who blesses us to make wealth.  No one wants to serve God in poverty when God promises wealth"
@ Omatu ... remember your story of the rich man!!!

Which planet are you? Clipton or earth?

Churches are ran as corporation, with pastors and wifes as directors. They come in their Pathfinders, designer clothings and exultantly expressing a well mannered words of God that they know people wants to hear. Twisting His word to favour their terms. Yes, God is not God of poverty, likely I have extensively search the bible and cant find anywhere that the Apostles of Christ were not servants of his word and his doing, but never professors of material things. Even fraudsters are now opening churches. Whaaaooooh

If the likes of Oyakhilome, Adebayo and co are to lead by example, then they follow the mother Terhesa of this world.
17  Forum / Religion / Re: our pastors dont preach salvation again rather it prosperity.why. on: 30-08-2009 07:24 PM
@ Omatu Do you remember the story in the bible where a very wealthy young man came to Jesus Christ and wanted to follow Him?  The young man was very proud that he had followed all the commandments laid down by God and Jesus was very proud of him?  Do you remember that Jesus asked him to sell everything and give it away to the poor and then come and follow him?  Do you remember that the rich man was very sad and left because he had much wealth?

This is the story that prompted Jesus Christ to tell us that it was easier for a camel to enter the kingdom of God than a rich man to enter the kingdom of God

then, it will be very difficult for many pastors to enter into the Kingdom of God

Pastor Adeboye might know what we dont!!
19  Forum / Religion / Re: Why RCCG pastors can't remarry on: 27-08-2009 07:27 PM
Pastor Adeboye who could be rightfully noted for his authority on the bible had clearly misinterpreted or misjudged the situation here. I will put it to overzealous interpretation of the bible. His action is to judge his own pastor which the bible clearly forbids. If by RCCG and born again churches interpretation the pastor can only remarry on death/adultery, then 10 years of celebity with a none performing wife is ground for a new start on life of happiness. Dont forget God is love.
