Forum / Law and Crime / Re: NDLEA Intercepts Over 2.4million Tramadol Pills From Pakistan At Lagos Airport (Photos) |
on: 21-11-2022 12:45 AM
| Drug trafficking has reached such a limit in the world that it`s absolutely impossible to stop it now, but it is nice to see that even in problematic African countries it doesn`t go unnoticed. I noticed that this problem occurs very often in airports, although it should be the other way around. Drugs can be easily smuggled in, even under the guise of validol pills, which don`t seem to be dangerous. I also witnessed a case where a guy was arrested for hiding drugs in a kid's toy. The situation was comical on the one hand, but on the other it's a problem that wasn't given much attention at the time, and now it's turned into a tsunami. I hope the authorities will do something about it. For more information visit https://www.aptekastore.com/en/2488-validol-capsules.html. | | |

Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Mecca Islam’s Holiest City, Saudi Arabia Discards Islamic Calendar - See Details (Page 8) |
on: 11-09-2022 08:59 PM
| It makes sense, they just adapted to the global economy, how inconvenient is to have different calendars in the 21st century! Since they want to trade with other countries. You can't write everything off to religion and have an inadequate number of days off. There`re a number of progressive countries where such a number of days off is simply unthinkable, Japan for example. Btw, I constantly mark my working days in march 2023 calendar, cause I have a floating work schedule (sometimes without a day off at all) and occasionally wonder to myself - how I manage to work so much! | | |

Forum / Education / Re: "Your University Degree Means Nothing Now" - Buhari Warns New Graduates |

| It seems to me that many people may perceive this as rigidity, but he is right. People who have received a diploma and have at least some higher education can find a job and thus earn money and buy food and other things for themselves. There is no need to take away products from people who really can't earn anything themselves. When I studied at asa college miami florida, I had a guy from Nigeria in my group. He was a very talented and smart guy. There are probably a lot of such geniuses in that country. Still, they can't reveal themselves because of the situation in the country. Forum / The Buzz Central / Re: VIDEO: Ike’s Surprise Mercy Eke With Alleged Diamond Ring Worth Almost N10million |
on: 30-03-2022 11:26 PM
| I always didn't understand all the gossip and intrigue around such personalities. Honestly, I never cared if some rich guy gave someone a ring of enormous value. Does such news really interest anyone, and do people seriously follow such events? And I never understood the need to buy expensive jewelry, either. I love rings and chains. They are sometimes a great addition to your image. But spending so much money on metal trinkets, is it really worth it? After all, you can pick up more budget jewelry that will sometimes look even better than the expensive options. For example, I love rings with dragons. In that case, I order them at https://dragon-vibe.com/collections/dragon-rings/. There is a very large selection of rings. I think everyone can find something to their taste. | | |

Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Coconut Seller Caught Using Dirty Gutter Water To Wash His Coconut (Video) |
on: 7-03-2022 03:53 PM
| Sadly, these people can't waste precious clean water to wash coconuts. Sanitation is rampant in such countries. Although the immunity of those people is higher than ours, the high mortality rate of diseases defeated by civilization makes itself felt. In any case, the seller warned that fruit must necessarily be washed before consumption. Don't you ever wash fruits and vegetables after you buy them? Yes, any person who risks buying fruit or vegetables near the road will wash them to shine before eating them when they bring them home. At least under the gutter when it rains, for example. Speaking of gutters. There's a great gutter cleaning company in Atlanta, Georgia. Here's their website at https://www.cleanproguttercleaning.com/atlanta-ga/gutter-cleaning-atlanta/. The experts will do the job with quality and at an affordable price. | | |

Forum / The Buzz Central / Re: Check Out Interior Of The New House Recently Acquired By Nollywood Actress, Onyii Alex |
on: 18-10-2021 11:34 AM
| Guys, have you seen Genevieve Nnaji's house? It's honestly my dream house! They say money can't buy you happiness, but that's definitely wrong. I would be the happiest if I had the chance to live in such a luxurious house like hers. If one day I end up being as famous as Genevieve, I will unquestionably hire the architects that designed her house. By the way, speaking about designers, I recently discovered this company https://www.sicaradesign.com/ and their work is impressive. I honestly can't wait to move to a new place and make it the coziest place to live in. | | |

on: 21-06-2021 02:12 AM
| I respect her way of making money but I think there are more effective ways to make money nowadays. I have been side hustling since I was thirteen and I have tried a lot of ways to make money. I found out that playing online games is a reliable way to make a small amount of money as a child and a boost for when you get older and decide to try buying and selling Instagram theme pages or try affiliate marketing when you get older. That is what I have been doing for the past few years and has earned me enough money to buy a cheap car. | | |

Forum / Health / Re: How Coronavrus Exposed Nigeria’s Wobbling Healthcare System |
on: 15-02-2021 07:28 PM
| I think it pretty much exposed every country's healthcare system as I see it. I like how Sweden dealt with it though. They imposed minimal restrictions, had a bigger death rate compared to other baltic countries and whether they were right or not remains to be seen. In Sweden they trust the government and use to listen and follow what it suggests, plus social distancing was a thing in Sweden before it became popular. What they did was inform the population very well using differnt tactics like FHIR integration and others. | | |

Forum / Education / Re: Nigeria to legalise Indian hem popularly known as weed or marijuana Bill seeking legalisation |
on: 3-11-2020 01:39 AM
| I believe it is a good step forward for Nigeria and its citizens. I'm not a heavy smoker, but I do smoke sometimes, and I have to tell you it was a measure that has been coming for a long time now. What I find amazing is the amount of money that can be generated by this, as I think any Nigerian would like to have a piece of this industry. There is still a long way to go from legalizing it to opening shops or dispensaries like the https://2one2dispensary.com/, a San Francisco cannabis dispensary that showcases a wide variety of products to satiate any cannabis need, but for the moment, everything is just fine. | | |

on: 2-11-2020 01:01 PM
| The second photo here is like an x-ray of the first . I don't mean to be mean I am sure this lady is just as tough as they get. Having the balls to serve in the Nigerian police - impressive I doubt that the New York police would have the guts to serve there. I would like some details about her, like what did she do in order to earn this title. And again don't get me wrong I am not here to doubt her merits. I think that there is a very interesting story behind her life and it could serve as a great plot. | | | |
