Am reading this i feel astonish how God works. I would like to ask about intentions and perceptions. Can you explain further on this what intention and perceptions?

Item 3: Voice of God-it is the word of God that makes the voice of God clearer, so you must be a word addict so as to be voice guided and directed.= How to be a word addict am not reading a bible at all?
            I received a guy friend message he forwarded me a bible scripture with a goodnight note with a heart= He said is Jesus love = why did he said so does he have a feeling but just said that?
           all you need to do is to pray for God to reveal it to her=this is the other way around, can a girl pray to God to reveal it to him(guy)?
