Configuring 1&1 email on Outlook is a good choice to easily access emails or send some important documents. There are a few 1&1 email settings that you will need to perform which include entering some details on SMTP and IMAP server. IMAP is for incoming email and SMTP is for outgoing email. Begin with launching Outlook on your computer.
Click the file tab and then click account settings in category information.

Enter these details, Your name – Enter your full name and 1&1 email address – Enter your full 1&1.com email address.
Now go to the type account, click IMAP, and enter these details.
