When it comes to power, cultural impact means as much as money and political influence.

Forbes' power lists are synonymous with moguls and movie stars, heads of state and captains of business. One look at the 2010 World's 100 Most Powerful Women list and it is clear that we've come up with a new ranking of the female power elite that reflects the New Order of now.

When we set out to identify this year's list, we decided it was time to look up and out into the broader culture. Our assessment is based less on traditional titles and roles and more on creative influence and entrepreneurship. These power women have built distinctive companies and brands and championed weighty causes, sometimes through unconventional means; in other cases they have broken through gender barriers.

Surprisingly, he still made it to the video shoot, and fainted afterwards before he was rushed to the hospital

I dont know how i got to miss this thread and just finding out about it now. Interesting.
Now to address the real issue, the poster caused a lot of problem with the title in the first place. The real title should have been "NIGERIA MUSICIANS THAT DESERVE TO BE SINGING". That way, the list would have been short and sharp, cos i dont think most of the musicians we have in this country should have even made a studio session. I'm not going to write names of musician that shouldn't have been singing cos the list would be too long. I would only put down the few names that the deserve the title of musician or artiste, which are
2baba
etcetra
guitarman
wande coal
banky wellington
sound sultan
asa.
Now, another issue is that i saw a guy mention ikechukwu while i was reading thru. Big mistake dear, killz is not a singer, he is a rapper and infact one the best we got in this part of the world. I think we have just less than ten of them- namely
modenine
mr incredible
jesse jags
sinzu
killz
naeto
freestyle
eldee
blaise.
Those are the few ones we have in this country and that can proudly stand in any part of the world and say "i'm a musician". The others just tried their luck and the market welcomed them. Its just that some are worse than some others. Thats the only difference.

Lemmi add some good ones too

@ agabs

Its so hard for me to understand the magazine you wrote,i keep reading and reading,i couldn't understand any paragragh all i know is that you are trying to tell me to pull off jazzguy from da list, you are a nigerian and am a nigerian, try to be straight forward, stop using silly slangs you know nothing bout k???You are trying to sound like Nigerian-American,hahahaha...Silly boy,you wey no reach Nija Airport  before, you sabi where e dey self?I would just advice you to try and convince me again and tell me Jazzguy is a good musician in our own nigerian english and stop using mixed language, trying to be american, using silly english, your spellings sucks, you type like a kid saying trashes, what is my fcuking biz with mutallab or Ja-rule you mentioned in your so called NOTE,they are both out of this issue .Who dash you Benz???Is it Benz 180 or 190?Igala,i know igala, that Kogi in'it?I know you are from Koji too,guy just grow up and stop saying shits...Am done arguring with you on here,if you need to talk more on this just email me and i give your ass some senses.
Ha ha ha ha haha. You can not understand me. Mind ya when I said the below

"Why the hell should you talk about a rapper that said something like, "you think say e eazy to bust sixteen?""

I was not talking about terry-g. I was talking about terry the rap man or his approximation. you4 realize the mistake, If say your ears dey inclined, yHa ah aha hahaha. I was there when I posted. Ha ha ah ahahah. I had a benz 180. Ha ha ah ahahahah. Wow! Life sure moves fast. Ha ha ah ahaha. O-boy, you no know say naija boys get different flavours. Ha ha haahahah. Spelling succks? Ha ha hahaha. My guy, you do not know music. Why you put Jazzman for the list?

Some, if not all the artists you listed have never had hits. Why u put jazzman in their league? What is more is you say he should stop singing. Ha ha aha hahah. And you say he can sing but he has bad production. If somebody can sing and has bad production, why should he quit? Shouldn't he find a good producer? Ehn?

Small boy, I tell you say, my fone na multi-links yet you d say I no be naija boy. Ha ah ahahahah. As for not understanding what I wrote and not deciphering the anomalies in my spellings, I propose that you have poor comprehension.

Remove Jazzman from the list. That is all I ask. And if I may ask, how many of those artists up there have you truly studied? how many of them have you studied? Are you using just a few works to judge them? My guy, I gave u a url to a Nigerian classi. It is on this site. Any body who says Jazzman Olofin should be in you list should go there and listen. It seems like you are one of those people that go with the flow.

Okay, I do not know if you know of this smoking hot chick. She is cool. I swear, the other day, i heard some of her jams, and I was like what madness inspired this classic? She is beautiful. She is cool. I swear. The girl good.  See excerpt from wiki below.

=============================
Nneka is the daughter of an Igbo  Nigerian father and a German mother[1]. She was born and grew up in Warri, in the Delta region of Nigeria. In Nigeria, Nneka went to the primary school of the Delta Steel Company, and later to the secondary school at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation. Nneka relished the experience of singing from an early age in her school and in the church choir. After relocating to Hamburg, Germany, at the age of 18, she pursued a career in singing alongside a degree in Anthropology[2]. She now divides her time between Nigeria and Hamburg[3].
==============================

Jazzman should not be in that list. That is all I say. Artists shine and artists flop. Take him out the list.

I rest my cask of rum. Ha ah aha hahahah.

I guess you go talk say Nneka never see nigerian airport. Oboy, u no know us Nigerians. We are diverse. Ha ah aha hah.
Small pikin. Ha ah ah ahahhahah.

Just phyuk off,you are making no sense, you are saying rubbish believe  me...
