I think it depends on individual,  but generally a woman is in control. Because it's very easy to get a man hard than for a woman to get wet. I can be holding a girl and kissing her in public and I get hard. But for a woman it have to get to a certain level before get wet and ready.

The best nigerian embassy in Europe is in Stockholm Sweden!  When I went there to do my daughter nigerian passport, they where really nice and I could not believe it my self, I paid just 95 euro for everything.  Non celebrities can name their kids after cars, clothes, and liqour and no one has anything to say about it. I know people named after colors(Violet etc) so why not Blue? And I know plenty of people named Ivy.Some speculate that Blue refers to Jay-Z's Blueprint albums and Ivy to the roman numeral 4(IV). Either way it really doesn't affect either one of us does it?
