i've been to Ghana 4times now and i can testify to it that their power condition has really changed...no doubt about it...this is no joke it's real..u can try for ur self (Ify)
I've been there to. Accra and Kumasi. Accra (i give that); The eletricity there is always on but Kumasi (maba, not true).
Plus, I've also been to Ivory Coast (there main city has electricity none-stop but other parts not so much). The same way in Kinshasa of Congo but not in other parts of Congo. I'm not saying electricity is bad or anything or that Ghana do not have electricity (maba that's not what i'm saying) but all i'm saying is the article is confusing. Somalia has both Nigeria and Ghana beat when it comes to electricity consumpation (according to the factbook), so wouldn't it be alot better to go to them? if it was oil, angola and libya is better cause they have surpassed all African nation in oil production. That's why i'm confused, are they giving Nigeria a different type of electricity such as solar power, etc? I'm just confused okay.
