2  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / BREAKING! SSS Dismisses Jonathan's Chief Security Officer, Gordon Obua For Fraud - Premium Times on: 4-09-2015 08:30 AM
The former Chief Security Officer (CSO) to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Gordon Obua, is affected in the latest mass purge at the State Security Service (SSS), reliable security sources have told PREMIUM TIMES.

An investigation panel led by a former director of training, recommended the dismissal of the former CSO alongside one Liman Widi, a personal assistant to the former Director General of the service, Ita Ekpenyong, for corrupt practices and playing partisan roles inimical to Service codes.
A former spokesperson of the service, Marilyn Ogar, former President Muhammadu Buhari’s CSO, Abdulrahman Mani and one Adamu, the former CSO to former DG, Ita Ekpenyong, also featured prominently in the list of personnel compulsorily retired.
Also disengaged from service are Yomi Zamba, Little John Okojie, Ahmed Abdullahi, Ibrahim Katsina, Larry Obiagwu, Abdulganiyu Dauda, Dahiru Dodo, Suleiman Dabo, among others.
A source in the service said Messrs Obua and Widi were recommended for dismissal from service for alleged involvement in oil bunkering deals.
Security sources say Mr. Obua’s explanation on the alleged $6.9 deal and oil bunkering did not satisfy the investigative panel. The panel therefore recommended them for dismissal.
Ms. Ogar, who was sacked over allegations of bribery and partisanship, was however compulsorily retired.
A notice for retirement issued to her, titled: “Retirement From Service”, read, “Following the on-going re-organisation in the Service, be informed that that your services are no longer required in the Department of State Security Service (DSS). You are therefore, retired from Service under Section 8 Rule 020806(II) of the Public Seervice Rules, 2006 wef 31st August, 2015″.
In July, Mr. Obua was rumoured to have passed away in the custody of the service after he was detained on allegations of corruption and partisanship.
He was released a few days after his lawyer raised the alarm over his failing health.
On August 29, PREMIUM TIMES reported how the former CSO allegedly conspired with the former President Goodluck Jonathan and former Minister of Petroleum to spend, in just one deal, a princely $6.9 million dollars to buy three 40-feet mobile stages for use during mass public speaking events.
Although Mr. Obua denied the story through his lawyer, Andrew Itsekiri, federal government investigators and security agencies said the deal was just one of the tons of alleged corrupt practices frequently engaged and condoned under the presidency of the immediate past president.
According to our August 29 report, apart from the fact that the amount for the stages was inflated, there was no evidence that any stage was purchased at all.
While the cost of mobile stages range in size and designs, only outlandish rock star musicians in Europe and the U.S. spend hundreds of thousands on their huge stages way bigger than the 40-feet stages. Even then, those musicians and super stars would not pay over $2m per stage, according to industry sources.
The process of procurement of the three mobile stages was neither known to extant Nigerian laws and due process regulations, nor were the offices of the Auditor-General and the Accountant-General in the know, according to investigators.

The billionaire who described himself as a “stylish king” stated this in a recent interview with City People magazine.

On his love for diamonds, he said “First and foremost, I am very creative and secondly, I emulate the style of our forefathers, wearing royal beads as an old style. You know these days, if you want to become a popular and flamboyant king, you have to use diamonds; Diamond chains, diamond wrist watches, diamond shoes, diamond ring and my muffler is also made of diamond or gold.  And that will make you unique among other Obas and that doesn’t make you proud. I like to be the first in everything.  I have the largest oil tank in West Africa today.”

On his chain of cars, he said “I use the same type of automobile with the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth. We use the same Rolls Royce and Bentley.  Aside that, I have 7 door limousine Mercedes, I want to be the first in everything.

Does it matter how/where you start the new year? the year in itself comes with so much challenges for 365 days! that should define what type of year you have.

Most people I know place unimaginable significance on the new year's day and most importantly what they are doing and where they are at 00:00 on this day. Its close to 00:00 in Nigeria, where are you? what are you doing (specially) for the new year?

I am currently in my house, documenting some ideas I would be exploring in 2013, lets share up!!!!

1. Do you think the politician truly loves the girl? OR is it because she is MISS Osun State (Super Model)
I think he does truly likes her, all men could use some warm blood every now and then

2. Should they marry?
No

3. Is it wrong if they marry considering their age difference?
If he is truly 40, the man looks around 50+ in his pictures, 40 - 23 is not the end of the world

4. Does age really matter in marriage?
Age could eventually be a factor considering life experiences and expectations for the parties involved, one is looking to start living life the other is looking to reach the end of their life soon, this is just a dignified way of employing a nanny and sex provider for the aged
14  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: We Shall Start Killing Wives Of The Infidels - Imam Shekau, Boko Haram Leader on: 1-10-2012 08:06 PM
Not totally perfect, but this is what he said

Opening Prayer.

Good day all, without wasting much time, here is my message in detail to the entire federation and to the ones that behave irresponsibly because of religion. In the land of Nigeria, all day and night, they kill us because we have decided to practice our religion, glory be to God. The is my message to those in power in high places, this message is for you, I swear there is no peace for you with or without us, no rest for you and you have brought calamity upon yourselves.
My message is brought to you in 3 parts, first is the blasphemy of the holy prophet and making a stupid film insulting prophet Mohammed S.A.W, this won't affect our faith in anyway, however whoever is behind this atrocity should brace up for the repercussion. This is a message that everyone knows what it entails, for this you should awaiting what we shall do on this issue.
Secondly, previously they were abducting our brethren and putting them in prison, tie them up and disgrace them, we said nothing but continued with our believe and religion, but now they are now capturing our females; as at the moment, about 7 women have been abducted and no one knows their whereabout and no one knows what they are doing to them. However, all muslims knows what the infidels do to women. God you see us, they have captured 7, 3 , 8 and more women, only God knows how many of our women they have, this should be nothing less than 15 and we don't even know where they are, these are women that are fully married according to islamic rites. Besides this (thirdly), the unknown people came out demanding for dialogue, asking for peace, you bloody liars, no one will dialogue with you. You sit with your fellow infidels and make up your stupid stories claiming to have captured the commanders of the boko haram, that you have captured the spokes person, you did no capture anybody! you only caught the spokes person for stupidity, God forbids evil, we did not sit down with anyone for any dialogue, No one! its all lies! god does not dialogue

On one hand you kill our men and on the other hand you claim to be looking for dialogue, you came out openly on the radio that you have arrested the spokesman by name Abu Qaqa and by morning he died in the hospital ironically  he is still alive, well and healthy as i speak, I know you will still try to kill him since you are all bunch of crowd pleasers, however the most important point is that he is alive at this moment, that is my second point, sorry the third one and these are my explanations.

Since you are abducting our women, wait and see what we shall do to your own women and wives according to the sharia of the muslims, just wait and see (self-appraisal). So you call yourself SS (secret service)? wait and see how the Lord will slit your throat, hahahaha you are in trouble, since you think you are the executioner, but god is on the other hand executing you, we shall follow god and nothing else! religion is what we want to practice, this is me, I am still alive and healthy, nothing wrong with me. I am even longing to die, you vagabond!!! ****laughs***

Closing Prayers******

that is the end of my message, we are protecting muslims and we do not kill muslims or disgrace muslims even the infidels we give them detailed explanations before we kill them.

Glory be to god
