pace of births is different from state of origin.....for example i was born in adamawa state (place of birth) but im from rivers state( state of origin) and i leave in canada (country of residence)

i think the person knows you, hence the best thing you can do is draw up a list of people around you whom have as u out around that time that you dont have their numbers..
then go close enough and try calling the number u might be lucky to get the person without being seen but mind you he might be using calling booths (call centers).
