IT was like a scene out of a Yoruba movie, when an anguished Abiola Titilola Sanusi told an Ikeja high court how she was allegedly abandoned by her husband, Oludamilola Olusanya Sanusi for the so called greener pasture abroad

Though, stories of this nature abound everywhere, Titilola cut a very pathetic picture in the witness box when she told the story of how her husband left her in the height of their romance.

Titilola, a business woman told Justice Elfreda William-Dawodu of the family court, Ikeja that her lovely hubby deserted her precisely 10 days after they tied the nuptial knot, denying her the enjoyment of her wedding.

So, to fill the gap left behind by her husband, the aggrieved woman approached the court for the official separation of their marriage.

Abiola had told the court that they got married at a Lagos registry on March 31, 2005 and had a church wedding, two days after, precisely on April 2, 2005.

She said : “After the church wedding, both of us proceeded to my husband’s family house at No. 9, Abayomi Talabi Street, Ojodu, Lagos where we lived from April 2, 2005 till April 12, 2005 when my husband traveled out of the country.”

She noted, what supposed to be a thing of joy latter turned sour.

Titilola also explained to the court while being led in evidence by her counsel, Olumide Ibiwole that she last set her eyes on her husband on April 12, 2005.

What made her story more sympathetic was that five years into the marriage, her hope of meeting her husband one day, probably when he will arrive to pick her abroad and continue their love affairs Was dashed. She informed the court that they were communicating on phone intermittently until January 2006, when the man bluntly told her not to initiate calls to him anymore.

“We spoke on phone sometimes, his response has always been harsh and unbecoming of the man I married. Our last contact was in January 2006 when I called him and he bluntly told me to stop calling him.”

She said that she decided to file for divorce when she realized that there was no chance of them getting back together again. She maintained that there is no likelihood they could live together again as husband and wife.

Further hearing of the case was adjourned till March 9, 2010.
u sabby give story oh

Dolphinkate, you're right. In Europe and America, some men are nanny (baby-sitters) with the care of other domestic works in their various homes, while their wives goes to work for up-keeping of the family.
in Europe u said but certainly not in one of our African countries.

am so worried now if am gonna ever get married .. females have more sex partners than the average male. Over 200 million women work as prostitutes and they have sex with an estimated 694 to 1000 (or more) men a year and with over 5,000 men during their career. Jeez!! The average male has fewer than 10 sex partners in a life time. I think the world would be better off without you women!!!

what is your problem with women? or are you in a way seeking for women's attention...............haba you complain too much
guy how many women do u want to kill with this?

no am not seeking attention.

He wants to give you attention below.

ok,to all those who claim to love.....would they have loved the guy if he was broke?

would they stay with him when he needs her

would she of him and him alone when she gets a better offer?(like a gal forming love....i bet if a laovey lady wont leave his loved boyfriend for a rich guy like tuface)

will a lady claim love for a poor and gipsy looking guy?

would she claim love when the guy has nothing to offer(cash)

lots of things

not every woman is like that  i have pass good and bad times with my man  only in bad times u will know who loves u and who ned who isu r friend and who not so for me i still believe in real love
u're right, not all ladies....but most of them are not real
guy is lyk 80% are not real they are just after what they will get at the end. a lady will ask u if u said u love her she will say prove it how?

I am muslim (i.e. I serve God, the creator of mankind, lover of man, the sustainer and the merciful).
the problem of Nigeria is not the Muslims, nor the Christians. Message of distrust to the ordinary Nigerians from evil minded people is our problem. Nigeria will be fine if we stop listening to bad preachers.

the Prophet Mohammed(SAW) said time will come when:

"Men will be liars towards the end of the world; and will relate such stories as neither you nor your fathers ever heard. Then avoid them, that they may not lead you astray and throw you into contention and strife."

Allahu Akbar(God is Great)
Nonsense, go and preach to your brothers and their wickedness........let me tell you Muslim or Islam or call it whatever as religion has become a terror to the whole world and yet you still have the gut to call the name of God........ murderers

YOU BITCH HAVE'NT I SAID SO AND SUCK YOUR FATHER'S DIG.  It seems you no get customer today to phyuk you and pay 10 naira. wh*re
the only thing in your empty skull is ''phyuk'' because you are an animal.........uncircumcised he goat

Oh you know fura da nono, that reminds me coppers serving in the north in those days when i was in sec sch, that we buy them fura da nono for 5 naira and phyuk them like hell, you must be one of them. Are you not ashemed now, tell me the state you served in and i will tell you the size of your honeypot.
Guy (malalawan) or what u call ourself u are a cow and one of the murderers wen last did u leave j town  are u an indigen of jos? why are the Muslims struggling for position in a land that they are just living for a moment FOOOOOOOOOOLS...........
