Praise the Lord! I thank God for other contributions about spirituality and carnality, but one thing should be clear to you. God is a Spirit and if you believe this I've already answered half of the question. God (who is a Spirit) spoken word manifested in a being and bring forth Jesus. God has many sons but this one is begotten (Spoken Word) Gen. 1:1-3. 1. GOD created heaven and the earth, 2. And the SPIRIT was hovering, 3. And GOD SAID (SPOKEN WORD) let there be Light and there was Light. John chapter 1 vs. 4 says "In HIM was Life, and the Life was the LIGHT of MEN, see?
The book of John reflects that "No one has seen God" John 1:18 but "only Jesus manifest God". God created man in His own Image and likeness. The question is what is the Image and likeness of God? The Bible says God is Righteous and holy which is God's image and likeness (Eph. 4:24) From the Garden of Eden all live in disobedience to God and for this reason God sent Him (JESUS), so that through His obedience we may have Life 1Cor. 15:45-57 here the Bible talks about two types of Adam, one of dust and the other of Spirit. Everybody identity is a function of his position and positions are natural commander of attitudes, those in the Spirit, mind the things of the Spirit and those in the flesh the things of the flesh. Since position has a way of influencing attitudes one of a Spiritual position will be guided by Spiritual laws and the one in a physical/carnal position will be guided by carnal instruments. That is why the Bible says as many that are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God Rom. 8:12-15. By the virtue of your been led by the Spirit of God is a qualification of being His son, how much more Jesus that was manifested by His spoken Word.  The Bible show us the works of the flesh and of the Spirit in Gal. 5:19-26. It should be noted that the language of a lion cannot be understood by goat. But, I pray the good Lord to open the mind of your understanding in Jesus name. Amen. So, it depends on the kind of Spirit that is leading a man that will determine the kind of man he's going to be...... The question is whose Spirit is leading you or you prefer to be led by? Peace of the Lord upon you. The Bible quotation of where you're talking about (Matthew 16:13-20) Jesus asked His disciples who do men say He is? and they replied some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets" Jesus went ahead to probe them who they (the disciples) think He is? One of them who happens to be Apostle Peter answered and said "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God" Jesus answered and said to him "Blessed are you Peter son of Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. I said to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church and the gates of Hades shall never prevail against it. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you lose on earth shall be loosed in heaven". Here Jesus Christ was laying the foundation of a believer by a token of confessing Christ as the Son of God and believing with one's heart (Rom. 10:10) and this does not happen by mere men preaching but only by the auction of the Holy Spirit. That's why Jesus says is not flesh and blood. Jesus also established the authority of a believer on that foundation (Rock) to bind and to lose, Bind the demons (hindrances) and lose the sinner from the bondage of sins and Devil, to be brought into the kingdom of God. (Read Luke 9 1-6, 10: 1-21) To ascertain this authority in Christ.  Jesus Christ is the Rock (1 Cor. 3:9-17) Christ is the foundation, believers are the building and it depends on the kind of materials we use that will testify our Characters and attitudes. So, saying Peter is the rock is not biblical, you can read also the testimony of Peter concerning the Rock 1 Peter 2: 1-8. David in the Spirit talks about Jesus Son ship and confessions Psalm 2: 7-12, Matt 3: 17,  14:33. So, my brother Jesus is the Rock and give authority to those who believe in Him. I would have love to keep my peace on this issue, but the facts remain that someone should be able to let you know that both books are written by men and inspired by God. The Bible was re-written again by men that wanted to keep HOPE alive irrespective of how you view it, how many times those wicked men tries to destroy the book but could not succeed (who knows it could be the same ploy you are doing here) you'll find out that the Qur'an almost duplicate the Bible for the world to learn from our ancestors mistakes and improve our standard of living. If not how come did the Bible you are trying to defame almost has the same stories or at least names of the Bible in Qur'an. Abraham - Ibrahim, Isaac - Isiaka, Joseph – Yusuf, David – Daoud, Solomon - Sulaimon e.t.c So, you better face your Qur'an and learn to live a godly life in this wicked world rather than pointing an accusing finger and putting your snout in things you don't understand and can never understand. Pardon me for my strong words, incase you perceives it to be so. Follow after righteousness; follow after God so that you can be counted worthy. Those men you mentioned criticizing others never adds up to people upliftment at least spiritually, so how come you are speaking on their behalf without knowing their ends. Be yourself and keep to yourself but if there are things that are still not clear to you may the good God gives you insight and revelations to understand them. Amen. Cheers!

There's an adage in Yoruba that says "The wicked one knew that he is wicked but is looking for who will tell him" Everyone knew the boys can't be under 17 b'cos they knew a 17 years old boy if they see one, but hypocrites will never repent fom his way unless something terrible happens to them. Someone claims to know one of the players to have gotten two kids. There is another who left a Suleja secondary school in 2004 and was a member of the SEC FC team that shocked Nigerians in the FA Cup 10 seasons ago! Yet, they are all 17! Now, Nigeria is struggling to qualify among teams like Tunisia, Mozambique, Kenya, the so called minor apart from Tunisia who cannot even matched our records in soccer. To every on lookers on this case is either a traitor, a coward or both. How can we be asking for the head of those who speak the truth and be by the side of those perpetrating evil. I see, that is why our great country is stagnant, primitive and of people filled with empty pride. The consequences of using over-age players are innumerable, by the time the so-called under 17 player metamorphosize to Super Eagle he's already 45 years and what do you expect from a 45 year old man?
