It's normal to suffer after a relationship you've invested a lot,but...NOT TOO MUCH! Don't isolate yourself ,get yourself busy in ways that to not have time thinking of him/past! Don't waste your time,because it's not worth it!Move on(for real) and next time be more cautious! Good-luck!
Of course we shouldn't stay in abusive relationships! The sooner ppls realize that,the better for their life and for their kids' life(in case kids are involved)

dont betray ur best friend by sleeping with her gal friend or ex gal friend...if u really dont knw what to do den stop seeing the gal and tell her to stay away 4rm u
