As beautiful and scientifically structured as your argument might look, as convincing as it is, regardless the empathy it might have generated in this forum, it contains several factual errors like the number of tribes and ethnic groups and where they settle; testable but unprovable evidences like the population of Northerners that can speak (good) English wether they are generally educated or not or even the size of civilized Northern population. A number of incontestable truth can be identified in your work like you speaking Hausa even as a mother dialect, and probably dressing and living like they do, probably living in a predominantly Hausa community and yet not being an Hausa or a Muslim rather a (certified, convinced) Christian. These core facts about your identity which many Nigerians are sure ignorant of and the way you articulated them in the essay, are capable of mitigating salient punctuated facts about Nigeria's diversity and the present true state of the different regions and ethnics. Your analysis is a subjective socio-ideological defence that is not based on scientific research or public opinion, nor on any officially coded data, rather on personal experiences and peer group interactions.

| A lot of single ladies in this forum just dey make me laff non stop! First of all pray to marry your own husband and not our husband. It is true some women neglect themselves after child birth but that is not the only reason men cheat. Most of the women who abandon themselves do it out of resignation because the men have already neglected them.
What works for Mrs A's marriage may destroy Mrs B's marriage. Ladies have to be smart and clever to keep their men. I have been married for eleven years with 3 kids and i still have my man to myself (98.5%) sure because we are all humans. Some say it is not easy to eat same soup everyday, yes, that is so true but same applies to the women! If men have the urge to cheat, why do you think women dont have that same urge?
For me though, i keep myself sex always and that keeps my man on his toes too! Then we both make our sex life creative and fun.Call me ashawo if you like, i give m husband blow jobs in the car at the club or parties. I sneak into the bathroom with him for a quickie, we go out least one day in a week, Ladies just be that loosed lady he would like to cheat with and he will rather cheat with you! no single verse from all the 75 quotation demanded of me not to drink alcohol being a Christian, so whats the point. Don't read unnecessary meaning into clear facts. The Bible only reveals the dangers and effects of being drunk to priests and kings of the old testament so that they will avoid being drunk and therefore not ministering the way they should. Drinking alcohol and being drunk are not the same OK. What food do you eat that contains no alcoholic substance? | | | | |

You do eat Akpu, Garri, Amala, onugbu, ogiri isi, okpei, ewedu, egusi, okro, gworo, kola-nut [ignore wrong spellings] all forms of scientifically produced drugs/ medicine and traditional concussion (locally made herbal medicine) etc right? Do you know the substances contained in each of them? Do you have an idea how dangerous most of what you consume over there are and what they do to your body?
Don't mix religion with your traditional believes.

However, I will refer you back to the Bible passage you quoted. Please go back and read verses 4 and 5, try to understand and analyse them carefully: who was speaking, who was he addressing, why and what exactly is the message. You 'll definitely come out with a different result. By theway, read old testament with some level of consciousness and base your Christianity in the new testament. | | | | |

If alcohol is a sin then Christianity is as well a sin. How many times have you taken holly communion in the church? is it sachet water and Agege bread? (hope Agege is spelt correctly and the sense understood).
What portion of the Bible states categorically
that alcohol and nicotine intake is a sin?
that putting on trousers by women is a sin?
that leaving your hair open in the church and while praying is a sin?
that wearing jewelries and long hairs (either by men or women) is a sin?
that watching television is a sin?
et cetera
