It all depends on what you hope to achieve by insisting on a Court Wedding (If there is anything like that)! The two of you are simply afraid of the future, but I think he is honest enough to tell you that he might impregnate any woman in future. Property is secondary as far as this issue is concerned!
Family issue; not my business. I am a child of the sixth (6th) wife of my father, but my mother told me (that) what matters in a relationship/marriage is to have a man that can help a woman to raise GOOD CHILDREN! That is what should matter in marriage!
